Can I build a deck together with friends on TCGSwap?

Yes. Every deck on TCGSwap has a Collaboration Space. You can invite up to 5 friends; they can suggest card changes, discuss ideas, and playtest proposals. You review and apply suggestions before anything changes in your deck.

How does deck collaboration work?

It works like a pull request for your deck. Collaborators open the deck editor, make their proposed changes, and submit a suggestion with a note. You get notified, open the comparison view to see exactly what they changed, and choose to apply all, cherry-pick individual cards, or decline. Nothing changes in your deck until you approve it.

Can collaborators chat and discuss the deck?

Yes. The Collaboration Space has a shared group discussion thread for the whole deck, plus a per-suggestion Q&A thread for each proposal. You can @mention teammates and link specific cards inline.

Is collaborative deck building free?

Yes, collaboration is free for all TCGSwap users during beta. You can invite up to 5 collaborators per deck.

Does TCGSwap work for MTG, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh and One Piece collaboration?

Yes. The Collaboration Space supports all four games — Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh and One Piece. Format validation and card prices are included for each game.

How to import a Pokémon deck from PTCG Live, Limitless or RK9

TCGSwap doesn't sync live with other apps, so moving a deck over is a one-time export and import. Once it's in, the deck is yours to edit, playtest and share. Pokémon decks move as a plain-text list.

Step 1: get the list

From PTCG Live

Open the app and go to Decks.
Select the deck and tap Share (the box with an arrow).
Choose Copy to Clipboard.

You can paste that text straight into TCGSwap's import box, or save it as a .txt file first.

From Limitless TCG (limitless.live)

Open the deck and click Export in the top toolbar.
Choose PTCG Live from the dropdown. The list is copied or downloaded, depending on your browser.

From RK9 Labs (rk9.gg)

Open the tournament deck list, select all the text in the list (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A), copy it, and save it as a .txt file.

Step 2: import it

Go to Decks and tap Import (the upload icon).
Paste the list or drop in your file. Accepted files include .txt and .ptcgo.
Name the deck, pick Pokémon as the game and optionally a format, then tap Import.

The deck opens in the editor straight away.

What the list looks like

If you're typing a list by hand, use the PTCG Live layout — one card per line as count name set-code number:

The importer matches on set code and number first, then name and number, then name alone. Set codes work for the Scarlet & Violet, Sword & Shield, Sun & Moon, XY and Black & White eras.

After importing

Check the card count and the legality badge in the editor.
Anything not found is listed in the import report — tap Details in the confirmation message, then add the missing cards from the search panel.
Every imported card is marked as owned (HAVE). If you imported a deck you don't own yet, remove that from Profile → Have.

A card usually goes missing because its set is newer than our catalogue, the name has a typo, or it's from a very old set that can only be matched by name.
